I definitely did a double take after reading the title as "AIDS!!!" instead of Ads...
could an ad for la petite folie work? i'm just coming up with anything at this point. or- WHAT ABOUT A MUSEUM! would that even work?
Well, I'm kind of surprised no one thought of this before me. Or at least didn't post it before me.
There should be ads for INDULGENCES. Or relics. Model it on a life insurance ad or something. "Worried about your fate in the afterlife? Buy a Papally-approved indulgence today!"

how about ads for the east india companies?
yea i definitely read aids just like elisabeth..lmao..but i really like warrens idea because thats perfect for the time and if there are some odd renaissance medicine theories then we can put an ad in for a new medicine thing a cure for the bubonic plague or something..
i love the indulgences and whatever else it was that liz and sara added on. but- could we do clothiers as well? i mean, if it is a tabloid, maybe it'd work...
or seamstresses?
what about book sellers.
OR MERCHANTS! they could announce when they were coming in/what their shipments were..... etc, etc..
for the 20s- ads for Vogue, The Queen, and Harper's Bazaar (all three were fashion magazines that became really popular in the 20s)
and could we do travel ads? really famous 20s art is a lot of travel posters, so someone could do their own take on one of them
60s ads- a concert maybe?
